Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form:
The following waives your rights, any minors under the care of you, all family members and all guests with you to sue The Colonial Motel located at 2431 White Mt. Highway in North Conway, N.H. for any and all injuries, damages, or losses including wrongful death incurred during your stay at The Colonial Motel. I hereby understand and accept that I am here voluntarily and acknowledge that my and all guests of mine stay at The Colonial Motel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, theft, property damage, slip and falls and other accidents including death. I also understand that snow and ice may also pose risks.
I hereby and any guests with me waive, release and discharge The Colonial Motel, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any and all injuries, damages, or losses including loss of life I or my guests incur during my stay here at The Colonial Motel, including but not limited to those caused by acts of negligence or intentional misconduct. I and my guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Colonial Motel from any claims, actions, or damages resulting from my stay here, including any and all claims brought by third parties. I understand, acknowledge and accept voluntarily that my signature to this Liability Waive Form signifies that this is a binding contract that will be enforced in a Court of Law, I have read and understood all terms and conditions of this waiver.

Reservations
Reservation Policy
All reservations require a valid credit card. Rates are based on double occupancy. Add $15 for each additional person. Children age of 10 and under are free. We are a pet friendly hotel in Conway. Dogs are welcome in some of our rooms. Please book us directly over the phone if you are bringing pets with you. Please read our Pet Policy. There is a $25 charge per dog for each night. Rates vary due to special events, holidays, and school vacation weeks. Please understand the rate you booked at is your final rate. No Exceptions. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check in available at extra fee ($25). Front Desk is open from Monday – Thursday: 7:30am-9:00pm, Friday and Saturday: 7:30am – 10:00pm & Sunday: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
A 72 hours (3 days) cancellation policy applies. The first night stay is forfeited by the guest if the cancellation date is less than 3 days from their scheduled arrival date or in the case of a no show.
Online or Travel Agent Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
When you make an online or travel agent reservation we charge a deposit equal to the first nights room rental and tax. If you need to cancel your reservation outside seven days prior to arrival, you will be credited all of your deposit except for a $20.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within seven days prior to arrival, you are responsible for the deposit of the first nights room rental and tax.
Non-Refundable Reservations Policy:
The reservation will be charged in full at time of booking. If cancelled or in the case of a no show the entire amount is forfeited by guest.
